CHINNOR head coach Matt Williams has called on his side to show some consistency if they are to get out of relegation trouble.
Chinnor who have only Launceston below them in National 2 South, face a daunting trip to leaders Old Albanians tomorrow.
Williams has made six changes and four position alterations ahead of that clash, but knows there must be improvements if they are to retain their status.
“Saturday is an opportunity to give people a chance and see if they are up for the relegation battle we are in,” he said.
“Our problem is that we are such a Jekyll and Hyde side.
“When we are good, we are very good – better than we were last season. But when we are bad, we are awful.
“And the biggest problem is that we display both sides during the same game.
“We were excellent against Redruth last week and led 8-0, but let them score two converted tries and got to half-time behind.
“We have got to find a consistent level of display.”
Jonathan Phipps, Joe Vandermolen, Ben Manning, Greg Goodfellow, Sam Angell and Marcus Beer all come in.
Henley Hawks travel to Hartpury College buoyed by victory over Loughborough Students last week.
Two-try hero Basil Strang is unavailable, but James Comben is back after six weeks out.
James Helliwell comes in at scrum half, while Dave Manning and Curtis Langdon start in place of Henry Sandys and Tom Emery in the front row.
Grove host Henley in the Oxfordshire Cup on Sunday – the only one of the four scheduled games that will take place.
Coach Craig Burrows names a strong side as they look to build on a win over Trowbridge.
Ben Nichol, Nick Sevier and Ben Law are all unavailable, but Cash Chilvers and Jack Ponting are back in the squad after long-term injuries.
