ICE HOCKEY: Oxford City Stars aiming to net double
Oxford City Stars will be without five key players when they travel to Milton Keynes Thunder in South Division 1 tomorrow (7).
Jacob Smith and Michal Tomasik are serving bans after they were ejected during last Saturday’s 2-1 home win against Thunder last weekend, while Mike Whillock, Mason Wild and Ryan Bainborough are still ruled out with long-term injuries.
Despite last week’s win, Stars are still bottom of the table, although they are level on points with London Raiders and Cardiff Devils.
