Abingdon United’s new boss Gary Ackling will be looking to make it back-to-back wins when his side travel to Farnham in the first round of the FA Vase tomorrow.

On Wednesday, Abingdon won 3-0 at Shrivenham in his first match since he took charge having resigned from Wantage Town earlier this month.

He has brought a number of players from Wantage, namely ex-skipper Tom Melledew, Jimmy Deabill, Jon Steadman, Lee Farrow and Adam Garner, who are available for the tie.

Craig Rutherford, Adam Doyle and Steve Davis return, though Jamie Mundy (cup tied), Tom Booker (unavailable) and Josh Crooks (groin) miss out.
