PAUL Chester was the star as leaders Abingdon Conser-vative Club A came from behind to defeat visitors Witney D 4-2 in Premier & Division 1 of the Gentworks Oxford & District League.
With the hosts trailing 2-1, Karl Walker pulled them level, winning his second frame against Tony Hicks.
Then Chester, with the highest break of the night – 31 – won the last two frames 64-57, 69-8 against the challenge of John Butcher.
