PADRAIG EASTERBROOK, 19, of Cheyne Lane, Bampton, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing at Abingdon Police Station on March 24 this year after being suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JOSEPH HAMMOND, 35, of Centenary Way, Witney, pleaded guilty to stealing a £20 steak from Waitrose in Witney on November 15 last year. He was fined £60. There were court costs of £85.

EROCHSIA JOSEPH, 42, of Ridley Road, Oxford, was found guilty of one count of assault by beating of a woman in Oxford on January 14 last year. They were given a community order to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. They were also ordered to pay £150 in compensation and were made subject to a restraining order against the victim. There were court costs of £400 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JASON ROBINS, 31, of Walton Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to the possession of a kitchen knife on February 16 this year in Oxford as well as one count each of possession of a Class B drug, namely amphetamine, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on March 12 this year at Oxford Magistrates’ Court. He was given a community order to complete nine months of drug rehabilitation activity and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JUNIOR AVERILLO, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, namely police officers, in Abingdon on March 2 this year in Abingdon. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault, one of a police officer, on March 9 this year.  On the same day he pleaded guilty to obstructing a constable. He also pleaded guilty to one count of criminal assault o the same after damaging a glass window panel to an unknown value belonging to WHSmith in Banbury. He was jailed for 12 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

CHRISTOPHER PRYTHERCH, 35, of Ulfgar Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on October 5 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £341. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £136.
