Thames Valley Police has charged a second person in connection with the fatal stabbing of Tobias Bruce in Oxford.
Officers within the TVP Major Crimes Unit have charged George Stephens, aged 27, of no fixed abode, with one count each of murder and Section 18 wounding with intent today (Friday, April 12).
The charges relate to the murder of Mr Bruce, aged 32, and serious assault of another man on 25 February in College Lane, Littlemore.
Stephens has been remanded in custody and is due before Oxford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Saturday, April 13).
Mr Bruce, 32, died after a fatal stabbing on February 25 in College Lane, Littlemore.
Police have also charged Ryan Byrne, aged 24, in connection with the murder of Tobias Bruce.
He appeared in Oxford Crown Court yesterday (Thursday, April 11) where prosecutors said they expected to charge a second person 'soon'.
