A care home near Banbury was busy during Easter with a range of celebrations.
Glebefields Care Home in Drayton was filled with festive activities including an Easter egg hunt for school children, a Sunday service, musical tea party, Bingo, cake-making, and a bonnet competition.
The residents also indulged in a meal featuring Easter cakes they had designed and roast lamb prepared by the home's chef.
The home's general manager, Nisha Shaji, said: "As always, we've all been looking forward to Easter.
"It's such a lovely time of year - the residents loved joining in with the children hunting for Easter eggs and the Easter bonnet parade.
"The residents and staff thoroughly enjoyed in the Easter bingo and the eagerness to receive the Easter eggs on behalf of the home was beyond expectation."
Resident Christine said: "It has been so lovely to spend time with our families this Easter, though like every Easter, I think I've eaten too much chocolate
"It was so wonderful to see everyone put so much effort.
"I really enjoyed Easter egg hunt by the school children –running around the home looking for the colourful Easter eggs."
Glebefields, run by Barchester Healthcare, offers nursing, residential, and respite care.
The home offers a daily choice of physical, mental and spiritual activities for residents to take part in.
