Keen and careful-fingered artists put their talents to work on Sunday (February 4) at the latest mosaic heart workshop held at Ayres House Studios in Wallingford.
The three hour workshop was suited to beginners as well as those wishing explore their creative ability, learning how to use cutting tools, fix and grout.
Such workshops are run ad hoc by leader Emily Cooling and held all over South Oxfordshire from Wallingford to Thame to Henley.

Ms Cooling said: “The workshop in Ayres House Studios was a lovely Mosaic Heart Workshop for Valentines and Mother’s day with six adults participating. We made heart mosaics from vintage crockery and glass vitreous tiles.”
Ms Cooling has been an art workshop facilitator for over 25 years in Oxfordshire, providing a large selection of disciplines for adults and children.
