A 'suspicious package' at a business in Cowley is believed to have been a coffee table as police and counter-terrorism units stand down.
The Hermes courier depot in Chiltern Business Centre off Garsington Road was evacuated just before 9am this morning as police investigated a suspicious package.
Counter-terrorism units were also on the scene and are believed to have used X-ray machines and dogs trained to search for explosives.
Shortly after 11am the police stood down and packed up their operation and people have been allowed to return to the premises.
