JAMES D. Colin Passed away peacefully on 17th July 2023 aged 81 years, beloved husband of Kate, father of Rachel and Helen and grandfather to Ben, Louis, Emily and Freya. Colin was a previous Chief of Architectural Services for the county of Oxfordshire and former Chair of West Oxfordshire District Council.
