PHILLIPS Elsie Margaret Passed away peacefully on Friday 4th August 2023, aged 81 years, in Katharine House Hospice, Adderbury. Beloved wife of John, mother of Warren, Mark and Laura, Nana to Tara and Ruby and mother-in-law to Rachel, Kylee and Kevin. We are celebrating Elsie's life with a service to be held on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 at 11am North Oxford Crematorium Tackley, Kidlington, OX5 3ER. Please wear colour of your choice.
